JRA Computers is an ON-SITE only computer repair company, we come to you, we are home based technicians providing same day or next day service in your place of business or home for whatever type of computer problem you might have.

How we work:

JRA Computer has a $98 service call charge, the service calls includes up to 2 hours of us doing what ever is needed. Do you have a virus, computer running really slow, do you need a new printer hooked up while were there?, or maybe clean up 2 computers and install an upgraded router, its $98. Its $98 total for up to 2 hours work, no matter how much we do during the time.

Do you feel uncomfortable leaving all your private information at a shop? All onsite rates are $49 per hour with no travel fees.

JRA Computers does have a 2 hour minimum for all jobs, so for $98 we will come to your home or office for (2) two hours to fix what ever problems you have, Some severe virus and spyware removal can take that long to properly correct the problem so it does not return. In the event the fix ends up to be a more simple fix or repair We take the time for computer clean up, system optimization,  startup clean up and registry clean up and making sure all security software is up to date among many other things to make your computer faster or anything else you need done .

We charge for the time,  If one is scanning for a virus or spyware, if you have another computer we can take a look at that. We do not charge extra to do other things while we are there
