Dear Jon,

Four years ago we contacted you when our daughter was a law student and
could not retrieve extremely important documents on her laptop; a laptop
she needed for testing purposes. Without your help, she would have had
hours and hours of additional work during a very stressful law school
experience. It was such a relief when you took her laptop and performed
miracles.
Since then, you have been right there immediately responding every time
we have had a new computer crisis. When I call you, I know you will give
me phone support (and I am amazed at what you can do over the phone!) or
be on site right away. You have yet to encounter an issue for us that
you can’t solve quickly. Like every business, we can’t afford down time
because of computer and Internet failures. Having you available has been
like having an in-house tech support department except at extremely low
cost. You save us so much money in time yet your fees are very reasonable.
Thank you again for bailing us out yesterday. I spent hours trying to
resolve the problems before you quickly fixed everything. You are
certainly our go-to guy!
